想要點加班費。

（北京時間）今天中午，不少外媒報道了這樣一件事，讓人既后怕又匪夷所思：

美國邁阿密機場的一名飛機維修工，涉嫌篡改一架客機的關(guān)鍵部件。

而這架飛機，即將載150名乘客升空。

據(jù)NBC報道，他用來完成伎倆的“作案工具”，是一塊泡沫……

Abdul-Majeed Marouf Ahmed Alani, who worked in aircraft maintenance at the American Airlines hangar at Miami International Airport, is charged with willfully damaging, destroying, disabling or wrecking an aircraft, and attempting to do so, according to court documents.

據(jù)法庭文件顯示，阿卜杜勒-馬吉德?馬魯夫?艾哈邁德?阿拉尼被控試圖故意損毀破壞飛機、使飛機失去功能。阿拉尼曾在邁阿密國際機場的美國航空公司機庫從事飛機維修工作。

He allegedly used super glue to attach a piece of foam into an inlet on the air data module, which reports information like an aircraft’s speed, pitch and other data, according to the document.

據(jù)稱，他使用強力膠將一塊泡沫粘在飛機的大氣數(shù)據(jù)組件的一個入口上，該組件報告飛機的速度、螺距和其他數(shù)據(jù)等信息。

雖然伎倆看上去有些“簡單”，但可能引發(fā)的后果卻極為嚴重。

據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)氐摹哆~阿密論壇報》報道，如果這架飛機真地載著乘客升了空，許多關(guān)鍵的數(shù)據(jù)丟失或發(fā)生偏差，飛機又如何能正確安全地飛行？

...air data module...is a system that reports aircraft speed, pitch and other critical flight data. As a result, if the plane had taken off that day from MIA, the pilots would have had to operate the aircraft manually because the ADM system would not have received any computer data.

大氣數(shù)據(jù)組件是一個報告飛機速度、螺距和其他關(guān)鍵飛行數(shù)據(jù)的系統(tǒng)。因此，如果飛機當(dāng)天從真從邁阿密起飛了，飛行員將不得不手動操作飛機，因為大氣數(shù)據(jù)組件系統(tǒng)無法收到任何計算機的數(shù)據(jù)。

而做了一切、險些釀成重大事故的罪魁禍首阿拉尼，他的肇事動機卻僅僅為：想要加班費。

Alani insisted he was not trying to harm the aircraft or its passengers – he had only messed with the module “in order to cause a delay or have the flight canceled in anticipation of obtaining overtime work,” according to the arrest affidavit. The disgruntled mechanic was “upset” over contract negotiations between American Airlines and the mechanics’ union, a struggle that has lasted for years and which he said “affected him financially.”

在逮捕證詞中阿拉尼堅稱，他并沒有想傷害飛機或乘客——他只是“試圖造成航班延誤或取消，以便獲得加班（工資）”。這名飛機維修工說，他對美國航空公司和機修工工會之間的合同談判感到“沮喪”，因為這場斗爭已經(jīng)持續(xù)了多年，“影響了他的經(jīng)濟狀況”。

……僅僅因為這，就能枉顧150名乘客和機組人員的生命安全？

所幸，由于發(fā)現(xiàn)及時，這架飛機的航班被臨時取消，并沒有人員因此傷亡。("...never left for the scheduled July 17 flight from Miami to Nassau in the Bahamas after flight crew noticed an error related to the "air data module" and called it off." - CNBC)

但阿拉尼本人，依然逃脫不了法律的制裁。他需要為他的可怕行為付出代價：

...surveillance footage...showed him accessing a compartment on the aircraft where the navigational system was located and fiddling around with it for about seven minutes. If convicted of the sabotage, Alani faces 20 years in prison.

監(jiān)控錄像顯示，他曾進入飛機上一個裝有導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)的隔間，擺弄了大約七分鐘。如果罪名成立，阿拉尼將面臨20年監(jiān)禁。

員工對公司的抗議，在美國并不鮮見。麥當(dāng)勞雇員就經(jīng)常組織游行活動，抗議麥當(dāng)勞工資過低、管理層對員工性騷擾等。

但是，用這樣一種極端的、卑劣的方式來表達自己的不滿，甚至為了加班費不惜搭上百余人的性命……

那也太可怕了。
